Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with roast beef & horseradish crème fraiche

Main Dishes
Freshly poached salmon served with lemon & dill mayonnaise
Sliced roast meat platter (Roast Beef, Honey Roasted Gammon, Turkey Breast) served with our homemade chutney
Smoked salmon & crayfish platter with a chilli & lime dressing on the side
Coronation Chicken – creamy curried chicken breast with toasted almonds, apricots and coriander.
Mixed cured meat platter (salami,pProscutto, chorizo etc. garnished with sunblush tomatoes and mixed olives).
Lemon, garlic & herb roasted chicken pieces.
Leek, mushroom & Gruyere tart
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart with tomatoes & basil
Butternut squash, feta & thyme tart

Accompaniments
New potato salad with a grain mustard & chive mayonnaise
Homemade coleslaw – shredded red cabbage, onions, sultanas & carrot tossed in a light lemon mayonnaise.
Mixed salad with a tarragon, mustard & honey dressing on the side.
Cherry tomato, red onion and cucumber salad with a citrus & mint dressing
Rustic green bean salad with cherry tomatoes roasted with garlic & chilli
Fusilli pasta salad with basil pesto, pine nuts & spinach finished with shavings of parmesan
Tabouleh salad – Bulgur wheat with tomatoes, cucumber, pine nuts with a mint dressing, finished with pomegranate.
